• - Once the form is completed hit the Preview button at the bottom of the page to preview your form. If all information is correct you can than print out the form to include with your mailed in shoes.
• - Upon receiving your boots we will review your repair needs and contact you before we do any work.
  
• - Payments will be made via a secure link provided by PayPal. A PayPal account is not needed to make your payment.
• - After you have approved the repair cost we will send you a secured link to provide us with your shipping address and any other additional shipping services you may want to add. All shipments are done via UPS.

*Depending on the pitch of the last we can lower the existing heel height by 1/8” to 1/2”. Please indicate in the comments below how much shorter would you like the heels to be: 1/8" or 1/4" or as much as possible without effecting the pitch of the last.

• Fix Broken Heel $50 - $85

We can fix all types of heels. If existing damaged heel its not repairable, we can replace them with a similar pair of heels. After the heels are fixed they are wrapped with new leather or suede or fabric that is the same color or similar color.

• New Heels* $85 - $100

*We can change a wide heel into a stiletto heel or change a stiletto heel into a wide heel. If we can't repair your heels we can replace them with a similar style.

• Recover Heels* $65 - $95

*If the material around your heels is scratched or damaged we can replace it. If you just want to recover your heels in a different color or material for aesthetic we can do it. We have various colors of materials just include a swatch for color reference.

Soles

Our leather is imported from a European company who uses the classic traditional method of ground tanning with pure vegetable tanning agents - a process which takes 12 months to complete. We also have many types of rubber with various designs and thicknesses. NOTE: All resoled shoes will be polished/conditioned with Leather Spa polish. Certain leathers/colors can not be polished/conditioned

Sole Guard

SOLE GUARD is a protective sole is applied to extend the life of the sole and increase slip resistance. Soles are available in various colors. We do not simply glue the protective sole on top of the existing sole, we carefully sand down the existing sole so that the soleguard is set firmly into the sole. This ensures that neither the balance nor the look of the shoes are affected. NOTE: if the tips of the existing sole are worn down we must first replace the tip before putting on the soleguard (additional charges apply).

POLISHING / CLEANING / REFINISHING*

We perform cleaning and re-conditioning on all types of leather, suede, satin, fabric and exotic skins. We have a large department specifically devoted to the cleaning and restoration of your leather goods. We have spent many years searching for the perfect cleaning/conditioning agents for leather, suede, fabric and exotic skins. We can also deodorize your leather footwear to neutralize any bacteria and odors. We also have special conditioners for exotic leathers such as lizard, ostrich, and alligator. These conditioners will help restore the original sheen and the look of your exotic leather footwear. After our cleaning processes all items are than sprayed with a Nano base technology water and stain repellant spray to protect your items. We recommend that you also carry the spray at home as one coating will not last for the lifetime of the leather item.

STRETCHING*

We have different machines that we use for the stretching process. NOTE: Shoes do stretch out naturally so we recommended that you try to break them in first. If they still don’t feel comfortable, send them in to us to stretch. Depending on the material and construction of the shoe we can stretch it up to a half size larger. TIP: Please keep in mind that when you widen a shoe you also get a little more room in the length. So if the width is an issue and the length slightly we recommended only stretching the width. If you are not sure with what needs to be done you can include a picture of your shoes showing where it hurts and we can tell you what needs to be done.
